Xiaomi has released October 2022 security patch for some of its devices but still many smartphones are yet to get the update. Now, Xiaomi is started rolling out the October 2022 security update to Redmi 10 5G / POCO M4 5G in Taiwan, Global, and Europe region. Other markets are expected to get in the next few days.
The build number of the October 2022 security update for Redmi 10 5G / POCO M4 5G is V13.0.7.0.SLSMIXM in Global, V13.0.7.0.SLSEUXM in Europe and V13.0.3.0.SLSTWXM in Taiwan. The download package size is around 3.2 GB. Before downloading and installing the update keep your phone battery at least 30-50% and use a high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
According to the changelog, the update increased the system security and stability of the device to improve the overall user experience. Besides, no other changes are mentioned in the update log.
