According to MIUI 586th week release announcement, for the first MIX FOLD got an MIUI development version based on Android 13. This announcement also states that from April 21, 2023, some models will not get any MIUI development beta versions.
It’s kind of sad news for the users. Xiaomi is made it clear through announcements. From April 21, 2023, they will not be eligible for the MIUI Development Version of the internal and public updates. We are providing you with that list of devices. If your phone is on this list then from April 21, 2023, you have to enjoy the last beta version.
If you are using one of these phones then you will not get any MIUI Development Beta Version updates in the future.

Xiaomi decided to provide two versions, MIUI is based on Android 13, one is the Development version and the other is the Official version. The development version acts as the testing version which is limited to experienced fans who want to experience the latest version first. These versions carry the danger to phones because of their highly unstable nature. While some phones didn’t have these Development versions get the Official version. This Official version was used in internal testing.
While an Update log system works to remove problems that could affect users’ experience. Some apps in the MIUI system are decoupled to improve users’ experience. This can be upgraded through the store. Due to continuous iteration, some fixes may not be fully visible.
