On February 26, The company unveiled its much-awaited Xiaomi 13 Series with MIUI 14 in the Global markets. Recently, Xiaomi support shared the MIUI 14 Global Rollout plan on their official Twitter handle.
The MIUI 14 Global release schedule for Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4, 2023 includes around 40 phones that are ready to receive updates. However, Xiaomi has not given an exact date for the rollout.
MIUI 14 Global Features
Flexible and intuitive design
To make your daily life easy it has a more flexible and creative design which gives an improved visual experience. It provides post in notes type and card style design that helps in reviewing important information quickly.
Reimagined Home screen
First of all newly designed user interface is easy to customize and more friendly. New themes, wallpapers, widgets, icons, and folders can be transformed into 4 different sizes to give cleaner look.
On-device privacy
To increase system security Xiaomi added a new On device privacy. This feature minimizes the leakage of data while transferring because it transfers data without using servers and external sources.
Back-end optimization
This new version is able to auto-compress the rarely used app’s memory which lowers the memory consumption to improve performance. Notifications are now temporary because users can close them.
Interconnectivity
To make data transferring easy between your personal devices, MIUI 14 has Connected Devices. This feature allows syncing the apps you were using on your phone and tablet etc.
