To enhance the user’s experience Google is working on Android 14, simultaneously Xiaomi is testing this update on its phone. Now company started testing an Android 14 update on Xiaomi 12 Lite.
Xiaomi 12 Lite was introduced in 2022 with Android 12 based on MIUI 13. The device comes with a 6.55-inch AMOLED display that supports 68B colors, 120Hz, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, 950 nits peak brightness, and 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, It is powered by a Qualcomm snapdragon 778G 5G chipset with Adreno 642L GPU. The phone is backed by a 4300mAh non-removable battery that supports 67w fast wired charging.
Xiaomi 12 Lite Android 14 Update Internal Build
The first internal build of Android 14 for Xiaomi 12 Lite was MIUI-V23.7.1. The test is already started to check compatibility and if they find any issues then, make improvements in time. While it is expected that Android 14 will be released for the Xiaomi 12 Lite in February 2024.
