Recently, the Chinese tech giant announced its new operating system HyperOS. Now, Xiaomi has ended software support for a few device and joined the EOS list means won’t receive any software updates from now on. Whenever a user buys a smartphone it comes with a certain period to receive the software update, after that phone stops getting the firmware, the biggest reason for which is their old hardware.
This time, Xiaomi has added four Mi and POCO smartphones to the EOS list. It is sad news for these model owners but as per software policy, their time period of getting an update has now come to an end.
Xiaomi EOS Device List
This list includes a few Mi and POCO models which means users of these models will not receive any type of updates from now on including security patches.
A new smartphone that was added to the EOS list are Mi 10T Pro (Global/IN/EEA), Mi 10T (Global/IN/EEA), POCO X3 (IN), and POCO X3 NFC (RU).
Xiaomi continuously evolved this list as time went by, here are a few of the noticeable phones in the list such as the Mi 10T Series and POCO X3 NFC that no longer get any software updates including security patches.
