Xiaomi is in the middle of providing MIUI 14 to Global users. Some phones received this update which is currently limited to Mi Pilot. We know that the Redmi Note 9 series and Redmi 9 are eligible for MIUI 14. Now new information shows that the MIUI 14 Internal Build was leaked by Redmi 9 users.
It could be exciting for users because they want it as soon as possible. But this leaked MIUI 14 created a critical moment for Redmi 9 because it’s not an official version released by Xiaomi.
Some users made an attempt to Install it into their phones and they got lucky. It’s an MIUI 14 based on Android 12 with version number V14.0.0.1.SJCCNXM. Xiaomi already made it clear that Redmi Note 9 and Redmi 9 will get MIUI 14 based Android 12 and won’t get any other Android version.

All after installing the MIUI 14 Internal build in Redmi 9. After examining it fairly they made the conclusion this update is more Fluent and Smooth as compared to the previous MIUI 13. It comes with a January Security Patch 2023.
If other Redmi 9 users want an MIUI 14 update on their phones then understand this, it’s not an official version. So if you install it into your phone and something wrong happens then the Company won’t be responsible for this. Think before you do something like it.
