Last week on 14th April, Asus introduced the new ROG Phone 7 series in India and other regions like the United States. The ROG Phone 7 and ROG Phone 7 Ultimate are the latest flagship gaming phones, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU, a 165Hz display, AirTriggers, and many more features. The series is not over yet like Asus Rog 6 Series company introduced Rog Phone 6D now the history is going to repeat with Asus Rog Phone 7D, Yes Company is going to release the 7D version of the Rog Phone 7 in the next couple of months. According to the tipster, Asus Rog Phone 7D will carry models AI2301_A, AI2301_B, AI2301_C, and AI2301_D wherein B and D belong to the ASUS Rog Phone 7D ultimate. Tipster also claims that the Rog Phone 7D series will be equipped with Dimensity 9000+ Series, which will likely be Dimensity 9200+ chipsets. Further Rog phone 7D series will be coupled up to 16GB RAM and 512GB Storage for the high-end variant. The Rog 7D Series will be available from August 2023 in China and later in other regions.

To recall, The ROG Phone 7 and 7 Ultimate have the same 6.78-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. Corning Gorilla Glass Victus is used to protect the front. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU powers the phones, which have up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of non-expandable storage. These two variants, like the previous ROG Phones, include an air trigger mechanism, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and other features.

The biggest distinction between the ROG Phone 7 and the 7 Ultimate is the back cover, which features an illuminated ROG logo and a ROG PMOLED display. ROG Phone 7 Series ships with the Android 13-based ROG UI. The Asus ROG Phone 7 (12GB+128GB) costs Rs 74,999, while the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate costs Rs 99,999 (16GB+512GB). Both will be available for purchase in May, though a precise date has yet to be determined.
