India witness the launch of the OnePlus Nord Buds 2 TWS last month. It is the first TWS that offers a noise cancellation feature under Nord branding. According to sources, one more TWS is on its way under the same branding. Recently OnePlus Nord Buds 2r was spotted in Malaysia’s SIRIM database and is now spotted on IMDA certification.
According to the IMDA certificate, the model number of the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r is E510A, and no other details about the Buds are mentioned in the listing. The model number of Nord Buds 2 is E508A which is kind of similar.
Some analysts suggest that it could be a Lite version of Nord Buds 2. It is possible after removing some features and making them more affordable for other users. We find the same case with OnePIus Buds Pro 2 and OnePIus Buds Pro 2R.
If it’s true, then Nord Buds 2 and Nord Buds 2r might have similar specifications. OnePlus Nord Buds 2 has a 12.4mm titanium dynamic driver with BassWave enhancement algorithm.
It supports active noise cancellation up to 25 dB. Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and Dolby Atmos audio. Nord Buds 2 earbuds came with a 41mAh battery and the charging case has a 480mAh battery. On a full charge, earbuds can run up to 7 hours and additional 36 hours with the case.
