Recently, Google rolled out the Android 14 Beta 2.1 update for Pixel smartphones. Meanwhile, Xiaomi is expanding the latest security patches and major MIUI 14 updates to its phones bringing a lot of new features and performance optimizations. In this post, we bring you an overview of the Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO devices that have gotten the latest MIUI 14 update and security patch this week.

This week, a few Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO devices have received the May 2023 security patch and MIUI 14 update in several countries. The latest monthly patch fixes some common bugs to increase the system’s security and stability while MIUI 14 includes lots of new features such as super icons, Pet & Plant widgets, Photon engine, wallpaper, etc.

Most of the MIUI 14 updates are partial releases, if no bugs are found, then it will be rolled for the other users in the coming few days.
