Google has released Android 14 in the market, but it is currently limited to Pixel devices and soon be available for other brand devices. All the Android-based companies are working on their phones to adopt these changes. Xiaomi users are expecting the new version of MIUI skin known as MIUI 15. But, according to the tipster, Xiaomi is likely to unveil the new operating system MiOS while skipping MIUI 15.
Xiaomi MiOS
As per the Digital Chat Station, MIUI 14 will be the final major build from Xiaomi, now the company seems to be working on developing a new operating system.
Some source suggests that after the launch of MiOS, all Xiaomi devices will run on it, while some say it will work alongside Android to enhance the performance of the devices and bring more customization options to their users.
Recently we saw the picture of MiOS with a version number V1.01.145 Dev Beta. Information suggests it is an independent operating system for future Xiaomi vehicles and other devices and it could be true because Xiaomi registered a domain named mios.cn in November 2022. Currently, it shows a 403 error and does have an SSL certificate.
Previously MIUI 14 made a huge impact on the market but lots of its features are on the basic level and need upgrade. In the future either we get MIUI 15 or MiOS but we hope for something better.
