As per rumor, the company is expected to unveil the Xiaomi 14 series in an event that will be held at the end of October. Still, the Chinese tech giant has started rolling out the latest MIUI October 2023 patch for some devices with multiple bug fixes.
Each brand including Xiaomi teamed up with Google to continuously roll out the latest monthly patch to increase system security. Hence this approach from Xiaomi ensures that the phone runs on the latest firmware and away from bugs.

- Impact: This vulnerability of Arm components and further details are available directly from Arm.
- Affected component – Mali GPU
- Severity: High
However, the update is currently rolled out for a limited number of devices. The company gradually expanded the monthly patch to other phone users in the coming days. However, there is no pattern for rollout, affordable devices may get first and flagship handset later.
